Delete Your PingTV Account
We're sorry to see you go! Before you delete your account, please understand what will happen to your data.
⚠️ This Action Cannot Be Undone
Once you delete your account, this action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, bio, profile picture)
- All private videos and content
- Your account settings and preferences
- Your supporter/support relationships
- All private messages and comments
- Payment information and transaction history
- Your viewing history and recommendations
- Echo location data and history
What May Remain
- Public content that has been shared or embedded by others
- Comments on other users' content (displayed as "Deleted User")
- Backup copies in our systems (deleted within 90 days)
- Information required by law to retain
Important: If you're a creator with an active balance or pending payouts, please withdraw your funds before deleting your account. Contact ping.tv0403@gmail.com if you need assistance.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)
- Open the PingTV app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your password
- Read the warning and tap Delete My Account
This is the fastest way to delete your account immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to ping.tv0403@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address
- Include your username (if you remember it)
- We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours
Alternative: Take a Break
If you're not ready for permanent deletion, consider these alternatives:
- Make your account private: Control who can see your content
- Turn off notifications: Take a break without losing your content
- Log out: Come back anytime without losing your account
