By accessing or using PingTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
PingTV is a social video streaming platform that allows users to create, share, and discover video content, connect with other users, and participate in a creator economy. Features include short-form videos, live streaming, messaging, community forums, and the Echo location-based networking feature. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To use certain features of PingTV, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use PingTV for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You must not:

You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload or monetize on PingTV.

Content that violates any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy cannot be monetized on PingTV. This includes receiving gifts, tips, tokens, subscription payments, or any other form of payment or virtual currency. Attempts to monetize prohibited content will result in immediate removal of the content, forfeiture of any associated earnings, and may result in account termination.
PingTV employs a combination of automated systems and human review to detect, demonetize, and remove content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Users can report content that violates our policies using the report function available on all content. Rights holders and other aggrieved parties may also submit removal requests by contacting us at ping.tv0403@gmail.com. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
PingTV maintains a strict policy against repeat violators:
Severe violations, including but not limited to child exploitation, violent extremism, or large-scale copyright infringement, may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warnings.
Users may submit, post, or display content on PingTV. You retain ownership of your content, but grant PingTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have all necessary rights to share such content.
The PingTV service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PingTV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
PingTV may offer virtual items, gifts, tokens, or other in-app purchases. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.
Eligible users may participate in PingTV's creator program to earn money from their content. Participation is subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements. Creators must comply with all provisions of this Acceptable Use Policy to remain eligible. PingTV reserves the right to modify or terminate the creator program at any time.
Your use of PingTV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PingTV immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by visiting our account deletion page.
PingTV is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall PingTV, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PingTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms in the app or sending an email notification. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of PingTV after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the PingTV Escrow Service is subject to the Escrow Terms of Service, available at https://pingtv.me/legal/escrow-tos.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
